Shipping Polices:
All orders ship via USPS with up to $100 of package insurance included.
Package insurance does not protect against packages delivered to the wrong address or that are stolen after delivery.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.
If your address is correct, but your order is delivered to the wrong address you can contact your local USPS and request the GPS reading of where your package was delivered.
All orders will ship 3-5 days after the last coat of epoxy is applied.This time frame is NON-NEGOTIABLE as the epoxy I use requires a minimum of 72 hours for proper curing.
I ship priority mail and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Current delivery times are 3-10 days. This time will increase during the holidays and can be affected by the weather or other issues out of my control.
PLEASE be sure you will not need your item before the latest estimated shipping date PLUS 3-10 days for delivery. Epoxy is a fickle beast and while every effort is made to complete orders quickly, sometimes a final coat can take more than 1 application, which can delay shipping.

No cancellations after 48 hours of placing your order
If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact me with photos of the damaged/defective item including all packaging with in 48 hours of receiving your order. I will need this information to file an insurance claim with USPS.
PLEASE READ THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS!
Damage resulting from misuse and/or failure to follow the care instructions is NON-REFUNDABLE. You can find the care instructions here, on the bottom of your invoice, on the thank you card included in your shipping box, and an abridged version on the bottom of your tumbler.
No refunds will be issued for items that arrive late. Once USPS has received the shipment I have no control over how quickly an item gets to you.
I will send multiple progress photos and mockup photos for approval throughout the creation process to ensure you are happy with the outcome. Please be prompt in sending your reply. A delay in response can potentially delay shipping the item out to you. I will not issue refunds after these photos have been approved if you suddenly decide that you don't like something you previously approved, nor will a refund be issued for items that are shipped later than the original date quoted due to delays in receiving your design approvals.
Once epoxy work has started on your item it is difficult and time consuming to make changes to the design. Please be sure you are happy with the design prior to the epoxy process. Any changes requested will incur a redesign fee and will impact the completion and shipping times.
